We met Cheryll Phillips 13 years ago when we first arrived in western MA and decided to rent a place while we looked for a home.

She got us set up in a rental and then started taking us around to see homes for sale. She listened to all of our needs and immediately focused on the Longmeadow area. While I was traveling she found a house with wonderful potential so took my husband to see it. He reported back that it was “a dump”. Cheryll called me and shared her vision of what it could be. Once back and in the house, I completely saw what she saw. We bought it, made many updates (with Cheryll cheering us on and sharing ideas along the way) and 13 years later, Cheryll helped us stage and sell it for more than twice what we paid for it, THAT is what a real estate professional does! And we were fortunate to also become good friends.

"We wanted to rent an house in Granby MA, which was listed by her. She showed us the house, during the visit everything was positive. We even stopped looking for a place until we understood that we were ignored. She got all our information but never called back or informed us about the process. It was very difficult to communicate. Rarely answers the emails and texts. I would expect some kind of communication even if it’s negative. I was expecting some kind of feedback. I wouldn’t recommend her. I`m disappointed."

"Cheryll was amazing! We came across he when we had no idea what we were doing looking for a house and it just so happen we requested to look at a house she was showing. She knew we were new to the game and gave us her info. I'm so glad we ended up with her because her knowledge and insight helped us find the house were in now and my family couldn't be happier. We were very picky and she stuck with us till the end. Her loving personality and honesty made the experience of finding our home much easier. Every time we found a place out side of her suggestions she would get us in to look at it right away. More times than not there was a reason it wasn't brought to our attention by her but she would still walk us through. Also as soon as a house came on the market that was a possibility she would do her best to get us in first. If you choose to go with Cheryll you will not regret it. And if you have any doubts, don't. She worked hard for us and I'm sure she will for you."
